Service is typically good. Restaurant is beautiful, but the quality of the food isn't quite up to par just yet. The ideas are there, but 3 of three meals have been underwhelming. Too bad, I really want to like them.

My children want us to move to Alaska just so they can eat at South every morning! Really delicious food, great staff and wonderful experience!
Got seated during a shift change- took quite awhile (15 minutes or more!) before someone came to our table..... No worries, we had water on the table and just looked through the menu. Our server was very nice... Food was okay, mussels come in different flavor profiles- but they don't have forks for them? Hmmm. Our nice waiter tried to give me a plastic one- later found a real seafood fork. Easier to deal with! The bread was good but got really soggy in the odd marienere sauce- maybe they should toast it, or at least heat it?... read more
Excellent service tonight and most amazing pasta dish!!! The waitress helped us decide and was spot on! We will be back
I ordered the Butter Burger Well Done and when I cut it in half to eat it, it was completely raw throughout the whole patty! The waiter saw it and agreed it was not cooked! He informed the manager and the chef, and removed the item from our bill! All that was offered in its place was a bowl of soup! I didn't accept it, and left without having eaten dinner! The manager never approached our table to see if there was anything that could be done! Pretty disappointing!
