Not to happy with the service department. They didn't follow directions. They think I'm stupid but I used to be a service tech, so it's hard to pull a fast one on me. I had a great experience buying a car from my sales guy. But service department needs some major help.

Even though I did not end up purchasing my car from South pointe they were my favorite dealer that I went to. I would recommend them and would go there in the future.

Best car dealership in town! They have the best customer service, always friendly, more than willing to work with you, answered all my questions without any issues, returned my phone calls promptly, and never pressured me into buying something. Have bought 3 new cars from them and will always go back to them.
