Brought CRV in to get an oil change and new wiper refills. They told me I needed my rear differential oil changed and cabin filter changed so I had it done. I always have done what they recommend and only take it there. I told them it idles and rides rough during cold weather. So after thinking I was getting an oil change and wiper refills I ended up spending $204.00. Then I was told the reason it idles rough is because I need a valve adjusted and new spark plugs. Very poor customer sales staff experience and sales manager was extremely rude.
I literally had the most amazing experience m here at south pointe! Had to get my car serviced and it had to be taken care of over night- I was given a rental car at no cost, shuttle service complimentary. It was just a wonderful all around experience. Thank you for everything! Will definitely be coming back!
My family has now purchased 4 cars from Josh Boom and South Pointe Honda. Excellent customer service even when there a couple minor problems. Walked in and finance director took care of issue promptly and was fair about it. Josh was great at making the selection and sales process smooth. Great management and team at south pointe. Will definitely buy my next cars from them.

Everyone was nice but what irritated me is when you tell someone exactly what the problem is and they have it for a few hours and say they can't find the problem. Then charged $390 all because they had to work on it all day and night to find out it was the same issue I told them it was. Waste of money. I just want to find a good Honda dealership/service place to take my car to without feeling cheated of my money. I get paying something for service but why wouldn't you check what I told you to?
