The actual process of test driving, forms, and financing was very smooth. My only quibble was that the financing department was understaffed that day, apparently due to the top two agents in the department having gone on vacation, so that part of our carbuying experience was severely delayed. But once we were actually sitting down with the financing agent, everything went quickly. Extremely DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY with our experience!! Left work early, got an official check made to this dealership and drove almost 2 hours with my husband and infant to South Pointe after my husband had called internet sales and set an appointment to purchase a particular vehicle (had also received an email in regards to appointment by Sephoria Fletcher). UPDATE: South Pointe Honda has called multiple times and has stated there was a misunderstanding between sales and finance. They have corrected the issue to my liking and want to keep me as a loyal customer. They have gone above and beyond to make this right and have offered numerous apologies for the misunderstanding. I won't think twice about doing business here. This is what retailers and all car sales should do when they recognize a mistake. Thank you for the awesome customer service! I don't live in Tulsa, but had to have a repair before I could get back on the road and you guys were fast and so easy to work with.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our salesmen, Jay was a delight to work with, with his infectious laugh and big personality. He was very knowledgeable on all the features in the car.
Wasn't expecting to have to get a new car but life happens. We went back and got another Honda. Ask for Charlie Shore, he is a great person and will get you an awesome deal!
Will was my sales guy. He and Ryan the manager were awesome. Will really talked to me and took the time to help me find something I not only liked but was in my price range as well. While Ryan personally called lenders to get the best deal. No one was pushy or tried to change my mind on anything. There was a small chip in the glass I noticed the day after buying the car and they still fixed it at no charge. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.
