I was at South Pointe getting an oil change on my car. Alan checked the car in immediately, gave me status updates throughout the process, let me know what services were recommended, and even had my car wash. Great experience!

This is the second time I've leased from South Pointe. The service that Charlie gave me was second to none. He hung in with me as we ground through a deal that took 4 days to complete! Took our old 03 crv there for oil change and complete inspection. Great service and very happy with the price.
Went in for oil change, broken passenger window, a/c problem. Also needed new airbags. Because it took 6 hours, they gave me the oil change free :) and didn't charge me to check the other stuff, the a/c is fine and i go in Wednesday to get the window fixed for the cost of the part only :)
