This place is great if you want to chase around employees to get stuff done. I did a trade in and it took them over a month to pay my loan off! I had to call them repeatedly to get it paid off! And then they didn't even pay the whole loan!!! Granted it was only short 17$ but really? After calling that much to have it paid and its not even done right. I have called for reimbursement repeatedly and have gotten the constant run around. I just asked for a free oil change and call it even but they would even do that. EVERY SINCE ... read more

Update: Joe Marina was good. South Pointe not so good. Get a second opinion before you have ANYTHING done to your vehicle other than an oil change at South Pointe. I bought a 2012 Civic at another dealership in Tulsa and if I could go back and redo the purchase, I would've bought my car from Joe Marina. I had my Civic's first oil change done at Joe Marina and they were so friendly!!
