I just moved to Oklahoma from New Jersey and today was my first time at South Pointe Honda. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! This was my first time getting a service with out my parents and everyone there made it so easy. They explained what I had to do and what they would do. Afterwards, the serviceman explained the multi-point inspection worksheet to me so I could understand it as well. This was so helpful! I came in looking for my first car last weekend, and South Pointe Honda made my experience not so scary and got me a very good deal. Grateful to have a dealership like this in town. We have gone to one of their salesman, Troy Kuykendall, for years and have even sent friends to him. He is a honest and fair salesman, it is a pleasure to do business with him. Anytime we are in the market for a vehicle, we let Troy know what we are looking for and always finds us a perfect choice.

Excellent service from Chris Stogner, went in late on Saturday night just before close and glanced at a car, took a quick test drive with no pressure or sense of lets hurry up because it was almost time to close the doors. Made an offer, we were close. Sent Chris a note the following day, told him my thoughts and he met me there first thing Monday morning even though he wasn't scheduled to come in until 2:30 and we got the deal done. Thank you South Pointe Honda. RUSSELL in Express Service is a true "Customer Service" oriented person. 24,000 miles on my Honda Accord Coupe and rotors needing turned already (???!) Well, after having them turned and they said the problem is fixed - it was not fixed .. after getting my car back on the road, the brakes were still shaking. I called back and this is what they did.. To make it right they called Enterprise and rented me a vehicle while they fix the brake problem. Not too shabby, huh? Now, I will wait to see what ... read more

Unfortunately, We had a less than satisfactory experience at Southpointe, We went in prepared to buy a car after getting a good price from their online service, but the salesman was just short of rude to my wife even after being told several times it was her car. When we went on a test drive he tried to completely direct her " turn left here" turn right there" even after being told she was completely familiar with the area, he didn't introduce himself to her or shake her hand. Took my car in for estimate for repair and oil change. They called and said $4800 for repair. After consideration, I said no and would come in to get car. When I went in today they charged me $46 for oil changes. I was flabbeghasted! I had told them no work! They said I absolutely had to pay no questions asked! Will be talking to manager Monday. Very disappointed.
