My sales associate, Steven Moore was very helpful on the purchase of a new Honda Civic. He allowed me as much time as I needed to test drive and evaluate several cars without the high pressure and games which is unlike many other dealerships. Once I slected the car I wanted to purchase, the finance department made the whole process very smooth. One more thing. Steven Moore was my salesman. He was very easy to deal with and made the process as convenient as possible. But, I had agreed to an out the door price, but then three was an additional fee. It was minimal but still not what was agreed to. The car had been cleaned but not what I would call detailed. The finance manager, did not provide very good customer service.

I came to south pointe Honda looking for a red Honda Fit. My salesman was Charlie Shore. He was very nice and very helpful in getting me the car I had my heart set on getting!!! I got the red Honda Fit. I love this car and thanks to Charlie I was able to get one today. He is the best!
