Not even worth 1 star! Absolutely amateur, unprofessional agent. This “agent” has taken over our property approx 6 months ago and has failed to do anything since. She has ignored repeated requests to provide gas safety certificates and landlord details- which are legal requirements. Unfortunately does not even seem to know her housing law given the “advice” she has provided to tenants. Clearly working in the interests of the sham landlord she is representing. Would genuinely avoid at all costs. Cheap is not always cheerful.
South MCR took over full management of our property some six months ago. Having researched other agents in the area, we decided to go ahead with them and were slightly unsure whether we made the right decision. However, there is no doubt we picked the right letting partner. They have been superb, highly competent.
