I’ve been using south London chiropractic for a couple of years now, and Ed is always super friendly and professional providing great advice and relief for my shoulder and neck problems.
I assumed neck troubles were part of my life as they had been for 20 years. Saw Ed when I could barely move my neck and was much better straight after the first session. A few sessions more and my neck and my shoulders were better than I had thought they'd ever become again.
Ed is great and reliable. His sessions have been very helpful!
As soon as l met Ed. It was clear that he was an accomplished and professional practitioner. I felt l had a thorough assessment. Which revealed a few issues with the results of poor posture. Even one side of my hip higher than the other. My action plan was very clear supported by Utube exercises. Hard work! It took some weeks to see results. Well l am 63y. It was a bit of a wake up call. Through two pregnancies I had debilitating pain in my mid-back. I saw a range of different practitioners - osteopaths, physiotherapists etc. I found Ed only towards the end of my second pregnancy. It is such a pity I didn't find him earlier as he identified the problem in minutes, and within half an hour I could finally breathe into my ribs again. Thanks to his help, the final months of pregnancy were perhaps the most comfortable of all.
