Would give less but unfortunately not possible. Unbelievable this surgery needs checking by CQC I haven't seen a Dr for over 5 years and you have the check to send me a health questionnaire. Get stuffed if your that interested give me an appointment. You are not getting any brownie points from me filling in a questionnaire
