Polly. What an amazing and professional lady who assisted with great advice in my time of immense pain. I had a back injury just before leaving South Africa. I saw a Physio and a Chiropractor and was then referred to Polly by the Librarian in Walney. Thank you Polly.

Had an appointment with Polly a few weeks ago after her being highly recommended by a friend. Really useful experience. Polly was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me some core strengthening techniques and ways to maintain better posture which have really helped. Haven't felt any pain for days now. Lovely relaxing massage too. Couldn't recommend enough and very reasonably priced :)
