Seem utterly unwilling to deal with sick people
was told i’d get a call back between 48 hours and 72. 2 weeks later and still no call to make my appointment absolutely ridiculous i’ve never had any issues until now and it’s off putting
So glad that I have finally transferred away from this surgery. I have never had any issues with reception staff or the nurses, but Dr Gupta is possibly the worst GP I have ever encountered. She's rude, dismissive, and uninformed - she is the main reason I transferred to a different surgery. Other members of my family have also had issues with her. If you're thinking about registering here, make sure you request NOT to have Dr Gupta.
Onwards of the doctors is awful. I have requested multiple times not to see her and still get appointments with her. You can never get through on the phone. I was caller number 1 when I rang and no one answered the phone for over half an hour. The appointment system is ridiculous as well, call up for an appointment then get sent a text where you have to follow the link, put in your symptoms, get triaged, then someone rings with an appointment for you. The only good thing about the surgery is the Nurses, they are brilliant.
Bad mannered reception staff. Not impressed with one of the doctors there either..told me to go google the information because they clearly got no clue. Terrible
