We part exchanged our motorhome for a kontiki 2020 plate .we cd smell gas when we took it to nearby garage close to our home .they done a check there was a split in pipe .Hereford dealers paid garage for repairs..but tried to say it must av happened when traveling .when fixing the leak garage also noticed Bubble damage in main door .when we informed Hereford dealers they said they knew about this and a door was on order ..we kept regular contact asking if door had come in and was told .."when it comes in we will let you know... read more
Not impressed with their internal communications and salesmanship at all. We agreed a deal over the phone and the motorhome was basically sold from underneath us by another salesman. Had we been asked, we would have happily paid a deposit to secure the deal right away, so be aware! Now they’ve lost a customer and we’ll buy at the Birmingham NEC Caravan & Motorhome show (14/10/25-19/10/25) and possibly get a better deal on a 2026 van.
What a team. Cannot praise them enough. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna in sales. Very polite and made us very welcome. Thank you so much Anna. And then there was Graham in handover. What a fantastic guy. Sent us videos about the motorhome that we had purchased beforehand which we never asked for. Absolutely brilliant job Graham. I have bought a brand new motorhome and the day I collected it - the knew the electrics in the cab were not working and I nearly ran out of fuel getting home. They attempted to put it right - but there were things wrong still. 4 weeks later the electrics went in the habitation part - so no fridge, electrics, water, heating, Satnav, radio or cooker working - and I was on holiday at the time.
