Blaine makes fantastic BBQ! He catered our wedding and all the guests were raving about how amazing the food was. I am from Texas so my family knows good BBQ. Great spicy sides: particularly the collard greens and mac & queso! Totally recommend!!
I don't know which was better. The food or service. Beau did a wonderful job serving us and the food was great. The painting of Jr is the perfect touch
Best turkey we've had anywhere ever. Best potato salad ever. Baked beans are a hearty meal unto themselves. Brisket and ribs did not disappoint!

I'm very impressed with this place (being from #KC) and growing up on #KCBBQ. Their KC sauce was probably my least favorite of the 4 choices, but still tasty (just real sweet). I particularly enjoyed their Memphis and Carolina style sauces. The brisket, pork, beans, and mac & queso were all terrific w/great portion sizes. Such a great BBQ spot and my favorite in Harrisonburg. Nice seating area, friendly service and it feels super duper clean. I hear they do catering as well which is a guaranteed way to impress large groups of people. The BBQ prowess of South Fork BBQ is world class. Huge portions!
The brisket was amazingly tender and juicy, and had a great smokey taste to it. There was a range of great sauces, but the meat was good enough to eat on it's own as well. The Mac and Queso was also great, very unique and flavorful. I don't think I've ever had real authentic BBQ before, but that doesn't mean I can't recognize great food when I eat it! I will definitely return, and I highly recommend you give this man your business as well
