I recently called South East Timber Treatment regarding certification of treatments undertaken to my property some years ago. These works were provided for a previous owner of the property. Our painter decorator noticed we had some form of woodworm in the exterior beams of our house and suggested we get an expert to assess the situation. Nick came and immediately identified the problem. He looked at all the beams and gave us advice as to how to contain the problem, this being the best solution. No hard sell of expensive repairs. In fact he didn’t even charge for his time and advice. Exceptionally professional and pragmatic. Thank you for your help.

Nick was excellent from the beginning of our enquiry when selling our house and booked in with short notice to allow us to clear the loft before exchanging contracts. He went the extra mile to provide emails and liaise with our buyers to ensure they were happy with the treatment and guarantee. Cannot recommend enough.
