This is my second year living at South Duff, and I absolutely love it here. The office staff and maintenance are all really friendly and good at communicating. The apartment itself is so nice and it's reasonably priced as well. The gym and game room are great too.
I have been living at South Duff Apts for about 9 months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance staff is polite and prompt, the office staff has always been helpful, and the amenities are amazing!
Great place to live! Lots of fun activities planned by the staff. I would definitely recommend.
Living at South Duff has been an amazing experience. First off, the staff is beyond incredible, always friendly and is willing to help with any issue. The maintenance crew is also awesome, you can put in a maintenance request and they will come within the next day to fix the problem. South Duff is pet friendly which is a huge bonus and right across the road is the Ames Dog Park.
