RecommendedEmployees are very nice and always helpful. Complex always kept clean my both employees and residents. Maintence always on top of things and completes requests very quickly and accurately. Pet friendly to all animals, and no fee for caged animals. Will definitely be signing lease for next year.
Hands down the best student housing in Ames especially if you have a pet. The office staff is super friendly and always ready to lend you a helping hand. The little things they do like play with your dog when they come over for inspections go a long way. I didn't think twice before renewing my lease and highly recommend this place if you own a pet.

I would recommend South Duff to anybody looking for a friendly, clean, up-to-date, and fairly inexpensive place to live. The office staff is incredible, the grounds are well-maintained, and there are lots of fun activities/themed meals every month (sometimes even every week). By far the best place I have lived!
I've lived here for 2-1/2 years, and am very happy to be living here! The location is just right, with a dog park so close by. South Duff is so pet friendly, too. Maintenance is right on top of things, and whenever I've needed something, they've been right there. My pets love it when the maintenance staff "visit"!
