They sell you the wrong thing give you no bill of sale then say sorry but you can't have your money back ..stay away it's the worse shop in sussex

Absolutely what a local bike shop should be about! Friendly, engaging staff who really know the product. Thanks to Jack and Simon for great service. Use these places or lose them to faceless Internet shopping! Highly recommended.

I’ve been here a couple of times recently as I’m trying to get our mountain bikes back up and running after a few years off. I totally echo what everyone else is saying. Simon and his colleague are brilliant. They are both so helpful and really great at problem solving to work outside of the box if you need something that is outside of usual products. They are so nice and professional and are great ambassadors for the business and for local businesses in general. Well done and thanks for being a great local bike shop
