First of all, not sure why my name appears as above - Linda, Dave from Basingstoke: Brambles 13 - what can we say WOW - we had never stayed at this Resort before and came across it from Facebook. The Lodge was absolutely lovely, modern, new, clean, tidy and very well equipped with everything that you needed. from hoover, iron, towels, games, radio, wifi and even cushions for outside furniture on the decking. Letting our lodge privately was a daunting prospect, trying to get our heads around advertising, marketing, the cleaning, maintenance etc, but more so finding the time when you work full time. After sitting down with Jason from South Devonshire Lodges for 10 minutes, it became a very easy decision, and we wished we had met Jason a few years earlier. I've been working for Jason and his company for over 3 years now. They are a pleasure to work for. They always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Being owners themselves, they know exactly what it means to be owner letting their lodge out. Their own lodge is kept in great condition and anything that guest, or contractors suggests is considered by them and, most of the time is undertaken, so that their lodge is looking up to date and feels like home away from home for the guests. Jason has always been very helpful with setting up our website and bookalet system and is always happy to answer any questions or queries I may have.
Jason and his team looked after our lodge with care and attention, the lodge was always clean and well presented. I certainly would recommend.
