Instructed an unlicenced clearance company to clear a garage, cleared mine in error, one a half years ago, won't pay to replace damaged or removed items. Made a formal complaint. They should be ashamed of themselves.
The worst ever housing association in UK! It's run by a bunch of bullies who think it's OK to shout at poor tenants faces! No one bothers with attending much needed repairs!! Millions of houses have been left with unrepaired parts for years! Also, they're "adopting" certain tenants that they decided to "like" to give them privileges others are being denied! Absolutely appalling indeed!👎
