The doctor's assistant was super sweet and comforting. Made it very relaxing and comfortable.
dr. Marks was great, however no help was given to get insurance to cover the biopsy through UCLA. I called UCLA pathology and they said the doctors office should help with that. "Catch-22?"
Dr. Hsiao, her assistant, and the very nice receptionist were all very professional and informative during my visit. I immediately felt better after the root canal and the procedure itself was painless. Thank you so much!
It would be nice to be informed as to what is happening during the procedure. Sitting in the chair for over an hour, not having any idea as to what else to expect or how much longer it might take, is very uncomfortable. It would also be nice if the patient were asked if maybe they needed a couple of minutes for a break. Especially for older patients.
Excellent the pain is gone and so is the tooth And I even got a call at home to make sure I was alright.and no dry socket , yeah!!!
I would have appreciated receiving a phone call, telling me an emergency came into the office and my appointment need to be pushed back. I had to leave work early to be on time for my appointment (actually I was 5 minutes early). How ever, I was not respected as patient/client who had to sit and wait 50 minutes for a less than 10 minutes consultation/exam. Time is money and this particular event/office did not "care", did not apologize and or recognize that customers come first.
Receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. Makes you feel at home.
Dr. Westernoff did an excellent job!
It was easy I think I fell asleep. Following instruction sheet no pain and crown will be started on 8/6/2015
