This was my second visit and I was very pleased with the care I was given.
You cannot change perfection.
I was a referral from Rancho Niguel Dental wherein because of my experience with you I will never go back to them!!! I was charged a consultation fee of over $100 upon my leaving your facility which I was told that there was to be none and that my insurance would cover it. I was told that I had to have a root canal on #20 for over $1000 which I never had to do and that the pricing was utterly ridiculous. Felt very comfortable coming in for an emergency consult, e.g., possible root canal due to discomfort I was feeling before placing the permanent crown on. Dr. Hsiao has done a prior root canal and advised I did not need one this time, pointing out the reasons for the tenderness. She is my endondontist. Case closed. Can't beat integrity.
This is the friendliest office I have ever been to. I was made to feel very comfortable, my nerves were calmed and was very surprised and please to get a call from Dr. Wes to check onme when I got home. I eas very impressed from beginning to end.
Excellent experience from the initial phone contact, through the front desk and throughout treatment. I felt every effort was made to explain the process, to accommodate my schedule and to make me comfortable. I am very pleased.

Dr. Westernoff, is a fantastic doctor made me feel comfortable and calm during my double extraction. Dr. Westernoff did a great job and was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Westernoff I have always been terrified of the dentist but being in such capable hands was reassuring and the process was pain free, quick and professional. This guy is a stellar dentist and a nice guy to boot.
