the Staff is super friendly! Dr Westernoff explained everything in a great details!!! I really had a great time at that dental office (how funny may that sound :) - great time at the dental office:) LOL).. The Ladies assistance are Great! personality is warm and super friendly! And I really do mean it! I was refused to be seen , i went and had 2nd opinion the next day at another oral surgeon who removed debris from inside my gums and informed me i had a serious infection. I plan on sueing you for dental malpractice and refusing to see me as a paitient in need under the oath you took as a doctor. See you in court and check your yelp too.
Great Dr. & staff who take time and speak with you unlike most medical facilities!

I was given an estimate for a root canal. I asked them to get a pre-determination from insurance company. I made it clear I can only afford to pay $225. & nothing else, so wanted a pre-determination. They said that it takes time & is extra work. They were not happy to have to do this. I followed up 10 days later & they have not followed up with insurance company, telling me to do so. Not impressed!
Did not get her name . She assisted with the extraction.She was so helpfull and good with my husband, an assest to your office
It was horrible. Really unorganized. I missed two days from work for two appointments that I had made and both of them ended up being canceled.I was told the first time because a machine broke. When I went the second time, missing another day from work because the machine was broken, I couldn't even get the procedure done because the correct forms were not sent to the proper department after I had verified that it was sent.
