Your office was efficient, scheduling was easy and comfortable. Dr. Hsiao was great. Her explanation of what I am experiencing was clear, concise & understandable. Would certainly recommend you guys!
I was able to get a same day appointment for a root canal . Receptionist, dental assistant and Endondist Dr Chong were all professional, polite, friendly. Clean, calm atmosphere. Dr Chong explained the procedure ,was quick and efficient .

I'm so happy that I was referred to your office. Dr.Westernoff was my dentist &. he did such a good job. I had no pain during the extraction and his follow-up instructions were very helpful. In addition he called me in the evening to check on my condition. Which was very thoughtful of him before he went home. Give him a 5 star review.
My own personal experience was not particularly pleasant, but that wasn't the fault of the SC Dental Specialist staff. I had been told my tooth was "dying" and couldn't be saved, so naturally I was prepared for the extraction; however, there were some complications that neither I nor the oral surgeon could have anticipated. But, before all that.. my appointment was for 10:00 AM, and I arrived a bit early. Absolutely professional, a positive experience.
Was painless, didn't even feel the drill, only bad thing was smelling a Burning smell, not sure if it came from the drill or from something else.
Pleasing premises, courteous staff and excellent service from the dentist who attended on me.
