Though having Oral Surgery is never fun Dr Hassan and the staff made this so easy for me. 100% recommend them
I came in on Monday morning for a root canal. Dr. Hsiao and her staff were very professional and organized. The Dr. thoroughly explained the procedure and the "what ifs" should something be found contrary to expectations. I experienced very little pain during the procedure and was impressed with the quality of professional service. Also, I have had a remarkable recovery. Staff acted professionally, efficiently ,and with curtesy.
I called for an emergency consultation because I had a toothache. The receptionist made an appointment for me on the next business day. The total staff treated me with kindness and were very professional.
Very professional, great staff, comfortable environment! We had a shift in our insurance which temporarily knocked us out of this office for coverage, and we waited until our insurance shifted back so we could come here again specifically to see Dr. Westernoff, he is very good at what he does. He has removed wisdom teeth for two in our family and we are going back for number three soon. I highly recommend this office!
I was very impressed with Dr. Chung, as well as his assistant. They were both kind, gentle and patient. Getting a root canal is not the most pleasant thing in the world, but Dr. Chung made it comfortable and quick, for which I am grateful.
Excellent staff and doctor. Ahead of scheduled and answered all questions. The only painful part of this was the bill! My insurance hardly nothing..but I am feeling a lot better
Outstanding staff and facility. I had extensive oral surgery and Dr Westernoff was excellent. No pain during and very little swelling or pain after. Front office staff wad friendly and professional. Dr Westernoff's nurses and assistants very professional and friendly. I highly recommend South Coast Dental Specialties.
