Excellent surgery by Dr Westernoff. This is the second surgery of tori in my lower mouth, both sides done now. Only giving 4 stars. Was required to pay for the removal even though office staff (JP) told me my insurance benefits showed I did not owe anything. Didn't make sense. I already confirmed with my insurance as to what I should pay and that dental office had the authorization with my costs, which JP confirmed. Yet, I was still charged.
