Dr. Chong was great. I was very nervous and he made me relaxed. He got the whole procedure done the same day.
It was a good experience and results were good too
Nobody likes being shot with 'horse needles' and the thought was terrifying. But the two lady techs were quite nice, sensed my trepidation, were as considerate as humanly possible. Thanks, Philip Charlton

My experience was a very pleasant one! Staff was very nice! Dentist was reassuring and calmed my nerves. I felt very confident in his assessment.
Overall, I have had positive experiences in prior visits. The part of this visit with Dr Hsiao was fine. The problem was the long (nearly an hour) wait without an explanation or apology. I try to be on time for my appointments and while I understand unexpected things can happen, they should not prevent showing some respect for my time.
Left feeling as though I'd been punched in the jaw by a big guy. Twice. Took two Motrin over the rest of the day, then for the rest of the week was only aware this had taken place by the fact that I was brushing carefully and subsisting on mashed potatoes. Monday, once off probation, I'm going to pig out on crunchy nachos.
Very helpful in explaining the procedure. Everyone was very professional
Really pleased with the care I received from Dr. Chong.
