Daughter came in for wisdom extraction..was very nervous. appt. was for 8:00. was not taken back until 8:20. just felt like that was a long time to wait for a nervous/anxious child.
I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen, and everything was run very smoothly.

I was very Uncomfortable until I saw your office, met the staff, and spoke with the dentist. They wereall very wonderful, reassuring, kind, etc.
Dr. Hsiao was great. I didn't have any pain or discomfort after my root canal. Thank you to your great staff and Dr. Hsiao.
My temporary was not put on right, it was high so when I bit down it hit that too only. They should have been able to tell this, even though they ask how it feels, I was totally numb and couldn't tell if it fit or not. My dentist's office said this has happened before and they have told you about it. Extremely uncomfortable.
I was charged $250.oo more than my insurance Co. (Delta)allows. They also, did not contact my Ins. for pre authorization. My Ins Co says they owe me a refund. Barbara Mitchine bmitchiner1@gmail.com

We were able to contact your insurance about this issue and have since corrected it. There was a refund issued to your account within 24 hours. The insurance representative informed us we should bill them for the procedure and they will determine if you would have any charges. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you once the insurance has finalized the claim.
Not a big fan of heavy dental work but Angela is great.
