The staff at this hospital went above and beyond. I felt genuinely cared about from the person who checked me in, my nurses, the doctor, anesthesia team, recovery staff and even the person who rolled me to and from surgery!
It was a great day thank you thank you for taking care of me like you did I'm very impressed the nurses I had were all wonderful dr. Plumbers a great doctor the Cardiology Department was wonderful with me to thank you very much
The billing department is the most screwed up I have ever seen. Pay the bill and still get statements that you know you don't owe!
Dr. Sims in the ER is the most disrespectful and rude doctor I have ever met in my entire life! Before he even asked my husband what was wrong he accused him of being a junkie and "doctor shopping". My husband is doubled over in pain and only wants to know what is wrong. No one asked for any pain medication, just for them to get to the bottom of his condition. He is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. After tonight we will NEVER visit this hospital again.

All I can say is you must pay very good money for all of these five star reviews I'm reading. I will never as long as I live step foot in this so-called hospital again
Yesterday I was seen in the ER at SBRMC. The staff treated me with the utmost respect. Everyone from the front desk clerks, techs, RN's, mid-levels, and the doctors were amazing. Thank you so very much.
I recently brought my daughter in. Our entire experience from checking in to leaving was very professional. The doctors and nurses were very thorough and made us feel so comfortable. Today I received a phone call to check in on her. Way to go South Baldwin and shout out to Elizabeth Michon our fabulous NP and Dr. Beasley.
