I've had many health problems and continue to have something that happens, but I can say this with all honesty that I will always choose to go here. They truly care for the anyone and everyone that they provide for.
I've had 2 surgeries there (2014 and 2016). Both times were good experiences. The pre-op procedure was good and made the morning of surgery less stressful by eliminating paperwork. The prep and recovery staff were professional and responsive. The 2014 surgery required and overnight stay, and the floor nurses were exceptional. Facilities are kept clean and comfortable. Cannot recommend more highly.
Excellent service, nurses very helpful and gentle. Doctor's excellent. Food good and always hot. Stay was not wanted but much needed. Had excellent care. Thank you SBRMC.
Over the past four years I have had numerous stays at SBRMC. Almost all have been an emergency. Each and every department I have received excellent care. ER, ICU, Surgery, Respiratory. The staff is professional and caring. SBRMC has spoiled me. I find comparison of other local health care facility to be lacking in the level of high quality I have consistently received at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center.
Great experience. All staff were super nice & wonderful care. I had out patient surgery performed by Dr. Keith Kowal is an Awesome ENT doctor. Highly recommend both facility & doctor
I just had a aspiration biopsy done there yesterday. The staff was great!my appointment was right on time. The Radiologist explained every procedure as he was doing it! Love South Baldwin Regional!
The ER staff was amazing! Took great care of my grandson and they were all so kind.
Staff was very attentive. Doctor & nurse were fantastic. Very easy to get medical treatment while on vacation.
We have a first class hospital in South Baldwin County. The Emergency Services are the best. I had an outstanding experience there yesterday after a slip and fall. I want to recognize all the ER staff from reception through discharge. Every one was friendly, sensitive, efficient, attentive, great. I want to particularly recognize the radiology techs, Nurse Practitioner Julie, RN Kevin and a dear volunteer aide whose name is Dale. My deepest gratitude to all.
