My mother stayed her overnight and the staff was wonderful. Everyone took such good care of her. Nurse Terry, Melissa and Dayton were so kind and patient with us.
Yesterday I brought my 10yr old son because he sprained his knee at his football game. The staff was amazing and took very good care of him. The radiologist was hilarious and made our day! To the nurse who attended to him, you gave him a huge ego when you told him he was precious! Thanks again to the caring staff!
I had a call at around midnight this morning that my niece was being admitted. I will not discuss why. But as of 8 this morning all the ER staff has done was come in and take blood twice and left the family with no answers at all. Not one word. I pray that not the first of any of this staff ever finds themselves in another hospital treated the way they have treated my family.
It's the worst place our Family has had to go on Tue Sept 26, had feel hurt my hip arm and leg, my blood pressure was 180/101 to sit in lobby hurting and BP heart attack level for 4 1/2 hours others had been there sense 10:30 AM and it was 2:00 so I left !! If they can't handle taken care of people in a timely manner they need to Do something different! My dogs goes to the vet/ hospital and is seen and cared for far Better than South Baldwin Regional Hospital sees People!!!!!!
**Happened during family vacation** The hospital staff was incredible. Front the polite check in, the friendly security staff that brought us a warm blanket because it was so cold in there (1am), the triage staff was polite, & understanding to a sick 11yr old girl, plus thorough, efficient and quick. Our male nurse had a calming bed side manner, he explained every detail, not just me but her also. Wonderful x-ray tech, I've never had one that invited me along, as to not scare my child. The doctor was wonderful, thorough, and... read more

Wanting to share just how SBRMC took care of during a 4 day stay that originated in the ER. In the ER they were quick, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable thanks RN Amy Johnson, Nurse Practitioner Shelia you lady's rocked. Up on 2C the care was first class thanks to RN'S Melissa Wright, Melissa Schaffe, Alex Stowe, Donna Grafe. And PCT'S Jeremy, Ben, Patricia and Chris. I'm on the road to recovery thanks to all of you. Plus Karen Chastang for the home care nurse Janie (-:
