Shittiest hospital in the entire world. Went there with my sick 2 year old who had double ear infection, pink eye, and strep throat. She was crying and a nurse name Tessa (Don’t remember last name) was constantly rolling her eyes. Male doctor was also very rude and told us it was our responsibility to give my daughter her medicine because we told him she wouldn’t let them give it to her. I have spent the last week in the West Wing section of the 1st floor...outstanding staff..consistent..friendly..professional..emphatic...just angels...these individuals love what they do..it shows in how they speak and how they behave in their duties. Thank you to each of you which includes house keeping as well as the dieticians.
To the incredible staff of South Baldwin Hospital, Hi. My mother, Mary (Missy) Bice was recently a patient at your hospital. During her two week stay and recovery there, I was extremely impressed with your staff. Her nurses, assistants, therapists and orderlies were simply wonderful; in fact, I was amazed at their professionalism, competency, and compassion. I cannot understand how they can possibly have even one star. The emergency room is horrible. If you have an emergency please drive to another hospital, you will wait hours upon hours in the waiting room. Staff will not care, and will continue to roll their eyes at sick patients as they come in. I will never come back nor take any love ones to this so-called hospital.
I know of 2 people who came to the Hospital and died due to the hospital not the reason they came in and my husband BETTER NOT BE #3!!!
This is the most disgusting hospital I have ever seen and had been for years. There is sorry people everywhere but almost every nurse or assistant I've had contact with are very unprofessional. This place should be shut down. And we would not be here had the ambulance taken my wife elsewhere. When They moved her bed out to take her to xray there was bloody gauze pads bandages and tape under her bed. I asked to have it cleaned up and all they did was sweep it up. And they see me with my 3yo child. This place is horrible.
