My son was there and they let him go because no insurance, next weekend we took him to thomas in fairhope and they said all of his organs was getting ready to shut down! After 10 days he finally came home and was about 3 months to get better! He tryed fighting the bill but the low life’s somehow got a lawsuit without him even knowing about it and now theyre garnersheening his paycheck! So would I recommend them hell no!
You should not have to pay $250 before you leave just because you don’t have insurance no other hospital does that it’s crazy

I have always received the best of care, the staff are all awesome, food was good just need a bigger servings, I highly recommend this hospital.
Quick, friendly service in the ER. I was admitted for 5 days and my room was kept spotless. I was on a clear liquid diet but everyone was very knowledgable and professional. I would definitely recommend if staying in the Gulf Shores Area or at the Gulf Shores/Pensacola West KOA.
Has anyone had an extremely high bill from the ER? I went there with severe back pain- was there 2.5 hours. They did blood work and an MRI, and sent me home with the diagnosis of a Kidney infection. I just received a bill for $21,284.08 with adjustments of $12,302.21 (ins) for a balance of $8,981.88. The bill arrived 6 months to the day after I was there! I'd like to give a shout out to the ER and ICU staff at SBRMC. Had a great experience with all of them. Anything less than an A+ would be a lie ! ! I may not remember everyone's name but I am greatful for such great service to my mother and family..
I want to thank Margaret Roley, Aaron Ward, and Rico Eslava for helping us get my grandfather the best care possible after a few difficult days. You have all been a blessing.
I would like to thank everyone so much for the care that has been given to my nephew,Kaleb Hagood,and our family. The staff has been amazing!! The Dr’s ,and surgery staff has been very informative and so helpful. Our family truly believes that this has been a God thing. Kaleb has had the best of the best being here at this hospital .
