I think this is the second time in my life that I have written a negative review but this one I feel really deserves it.... I have automatic payments on my bill so I don’t worry about keeping up with if it was withdrawn or not ... They didn’t withdraw one payment this year in June, kept charging me the rest of the year then sent me to court in November while taking my payment ... my experience was so horrible! I get there with my 2 year old child that has busted his head open they get all my info tell me to have a seat almost 3 hours later they get me back and me in a room the nurse was nice that's about it she come put some numb stuff on his head. about hour and half later they come in and tell me it's been to long for stitches that he will have to have it glued and the job they did on that was even worse than the experience!! they didn't clean it they didnt get me anything to cover it while I wait ... read more

My daughter had her baby there and I’ve had 2 major surgeries there as well. The staff are so wonderful and extremely helpful. They truly do care about their patients. I’m about to have out patient surgery on Thursday. I know I’ll be very well taken care of!
I want to thank everyone that had my mom Jean. From Tuesday Oct 23 until today. Everyone was so kind to her and our family. The drs, nurses, assistants, case workers, anyone that came in her room. Thank you for helping get her back to Tuscaloosa today.
I was treated very unprofessional!! I went under Workman's Comp and was just blown away! I was there for 3 hrs and couldn't get any help.. When ask on a scale 1-10 pain level I replied 9.. Was ask if I needed a IBP and I replied PLEASE! Never saw her again. i was laying there in pain and got to feeling sick to my stomach.. Stopped another nurse and ask him if he could get me my nurse.. He handed me a vomit bag and never saw him again until during my discharge. I confronted him and he said"OH I'M SORRY,I FORGOT"!! TERRIBLE!! ... read more
