£42k loss! Yesterday I received an email from Jark security trustee that the first charge holder is taking action to take possession of the company's assets for kingsway square and there will be no money to pay back the buyers that put down deposits on their units. Update August 2024: I was sent a payment schedule by Amy Williams on 10th July for payments to start today but have heard and received nothing. I'm now having to look into filing a breach of contract claim to enforce the contract, receive compensation, and/or obtain remedies. What they have put my family through in the last year, while we dealt with illnesses in the family on top of everything, shows a complete lack of humanity and compassion.
