Got our ceiling lowered with the acoustic soundproofing then the ceiling was plastered. Straight up top: this might have been 2-stars had the crew not been so nice and efficient. The low score is entirely due to our situation. Basically, if you are like us and live in an old ex-council building and want to reduce noise. You might want to investigate more options than going with "the best"/premium option. We have now had a soundproof wall installed by Rodger and his tradesmen and feel compelled to write a review regarding how happy and delighted we are with the work . From start to finish they were totally professional and a joy to have in your home . Having experienced noise coming from an adjoining wall it is now totally silent allowing us to sit and read in peace .
