Jennifer Waddell provides a very personalized service. I was so impressed with the excellent technological advancements they have made since I had my last pair 20 years ago. I felt like she totally understood everything I needed and hit the bullseye. I strongly recommend the staff at Sound Hearing Care.
Must say when Tom has any problems Jennifer "comes to his aid"! Many times she has come to the office to help him.

Jennifer was so thorough in fitting my hearing aids and getting the sound quality and volume just right. It was easy to get an appointment initially and for a follow up appointment. I may have been able to get hearing aids cheaper at another location, but her expertise and attention and the convenient location made it easy to chose Sound Hearing.
