Wow, what a difference! Having had an appointment with a nearby audiologist which left me with multiple negative feelings, I searched for the best hearing aid person around. I found her—Jennifer—at Sound Hearing Care. The cold, indifferent audiologist and her staff (with poor customer service) was replaced with a warm, friendly, knowledgeable crew who were patient, kind, and willing to share their knowledge and answer questions. Everything was 180 degrees different and better at Sound Hearing Care. I highly recommend them!
