The best place in the Upstate!
Jennifer repaired my old hearing aids at her office here in TR. I was pleased with her attitude and service of my “dinosaur” pieces but thrilled with her honesty that we can put off the expense of new aids for a while. I will definitely see her when I am ready to make the big purchase. I highly recommend Sound Hearing.
I've had my hearing aids several years now and I couldn't be more pleased with them and with Jennifer at Sound Hearing Care. On my first visit she set me up with my hearing aids to try for a few weeks. I loved them and the service I get whenever I have a question or problem. Jennifer is always available to help. Her and her staff are amazing and I highly recomend them!
I got scammed by this company told me I had a trial time never got to tru them because they were defective and by the time they were repaired they wouldn't let me return them I dont use them but have to pay my care credit this month please stay away from this company even the financial services told me there has been complaints on them
Jennifer knows her craft, improving hearing for those of us who need help.I diddled around for about 4 years with possibly getting hearing aids, just did not feel right...Shared my history with her and made an appointment.She brought to the appt. the hearing aids she thought i needed based on what i told her. After interviewing me further and additional testing determined the aids she brought were not right for me.
