They really went above and beyond to correct the problem with my clients hearing aids. We went numerous times to man who sold her the hearing aids. He acted as if it was a bother and made it to where she could not hear.. Jennifer listened and re-programmed them. My client can hear the TV and is having to turn the volume down. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend them!

Sound Hearing was a very exceptional experience. Loved Jennifer and the way she helped me with everything. Explained bout my hearing loss and told me why it was so important to have these hearing aides. Once I got the hearing aides she took time to show me how they work and to explain the benefits that come with them. Been needed these for a long time but could never afford to get them thank goodness my insurance covered the cost. Or I would never have gotten them
