This drs office has become an uncaring large conglomerate. They used to care for their patients but now it’s seems it’s only about the money and how many times they can get you in.
RecommendedGreat quality care for myself and for my kids from knowledgeable providers! I have always felt that my concerns were heard and that each one of their staff cared.
At this time of COVID-19 crisis they took me in and Helped me with an infectious cyst on my back. I tried to go to my wife’s dermatologist but was told they were only seeing “emergencies “. I couldn’t sleep on my back, ride the exercise bike, use my recliner to elevate my feet, etc. The pain was terrible! I’m a type 2 diabetic to boot! Horrible, discriminated against Seniors who use a Medigap supplemental plan in conjunction with Medicare coverage (this is new since in checkin in November of 2019 they did accept Medicare with Medigap. Was surprised to learn this today when I arrived for my appointment. Note: according to Administration Sound Family Medicine only accepts retirees who have “Medicare Advantage Plus” plans (thus forcing Seniors into only one type of Medicare coverage plan. Wonderful and caring doctors, nurses and staff
I had a visit this week. I didn’t have any true expectations and as a matter of fact I just thought it would just be a blah appointment. Well, I have to say I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff was. Dr/Nurse Christina was also super pleasant. I generally hate, absolutely hate going to the doctors for anything, especially blood work but now I don’t feel as bad! Thank you.
I got stung by a bee today and headed straight there. I had exceptional service! from the gal at the desk, the office manager, the MA, the Dr. and another gal! thank you all so much. they comforted my children and myself. Thank you!
I had been thinking about finding a different medical provider until I needed to get seen ASAP and I got to see Dr Walker he is so intuitive and made me feel confident and secure please please renew his contract
