They fail to provide a even the most basic level of care. The “medical professionals” employed here cannot interpret the most basic tests and fail to perform the most basic tasks. Go elsewhere.

I would strongly advise you avoid Dr. Julie Komarow. We went in for a simple referral for some diagnostic imaging that needed to be done urgently. The doc screwed up the referral so badly, it took 5 hours of phone calls to sort it out. The address on the referral was wrong. The phone number was also wrong, but for another location that didn’t match the address. Neither the place we got the number for, nor the place we got the address for even did this kind of procedure. RecommendedKristina Hansen is amazing... I’ve always preferred to see a nurse practitioner for my health care, and she’s been great! Listens to her patients, and always looks for multiple solutions to a problem. It’s never a close and shut case with her, as she’s always willing to dig deep, and get to the bottom of things. She’s always so sweet, caring, and willing to sit and talk to you, and not make you feel as if she’s pushing you out, so she can move onto the next person. Jessica Hoover left me in a room for an hour waiting for EKG results and some other paperwork I was needing. Finally the medical assistant came in and told me she had an emergency and left. No one came in with my EKG results, and I didn’t get the paperwork that I literally made the appointment to get. When I called to talk to the office manager they “couldn’t get ahold of him” I believe his name is Ronnie. Is this the standard of care that this facility gives its patients? This drs office has become an uncaring large conglomerate. They used to care for their patients but now it’s seems it’s only about the money and how many times they can get you in.
