This business is not helpful with billing at all. I had just got insurance for the very first time and had alot of questions. They made everything seem ok so I went to my visits. Apparently, both the doctors office and my insurance failed to tell me about in network vs. out of network. Now I am being sued for medical bills. This doctors office refused to make payment arrangements after got billed for $500 that I was assured my Insurance would cover.

RecommendedI love sound family medicine! they have a great walk in clinic open 7 days a week if you need to see someone right away. I love my doctor, and all the nurses!
