I've had to go twice this week with my children and both needed to be put on medications and both medications were canceled and they didn't get them until way later than they were supposed to

Have called many times today to try and schedule appointment for newborn and they opened almost half an hour ago. Still going straight to voicemail

My old practice would ignore things I said or problems I was there to discuss. I have told my husband to switch to sound and he is blown away by the care we receive here.
