Very disappointed and frustrated with sound family medicine. It tells you to give them two business days to get your refills for your prescriptions resent or refilled, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO URGENCY at all in getting contact from the dr. Eve with an urgent tag on the request! I constantly have to call and check on where it is in the process and every time i check nothing has happened! Its extremely frustrating to feel like staff and drs are blatantly putting off doing their duties for the patients..

I love Sound Family Medicine. All the staff are friendly and respectful. Wait time is always under 10 minutes. My doctor and his team were the best I've ever had. They were extremely nice and attentive and always listened to what I had to say. This is by far the best medical clinic I've been to.

If this facility could receive 0 stars it would. How could you deny a patient because their insurance card doesn't have one of your providers listed on it!? Complete bull. My family has come here since 2004! Only here for a 3 year old and you're turning him away. Worst clinic I have ever been too along with terrible administration staff, rude customer service as well.

Came in for my first appointment as a new patient for a primary care physician, wasn't in the office for more than a minute and the lady at the desk told me 148$ and some change before i could even be seen for a copay. I had not even sat in a chair or filled out any paperwork and was being charged almost 150$?? I left and called my insurance and was told how it's actually supposed to work, called a couple other doctors offices and they told me i had no copay with my insurance. Im very unhappy as i was never told on the phone... read more

Been a patient since 2002..have always received the best care. Would never go anywhere else.
