I love sound family medicine! they have a great walk in clinic open 7 days a week if you need to see someone right away. I love my doctor, and all the nurses!
I’ve been with Sound Family for many years. I have watched good doctors come and go, service decline and an overall feeling of a “cattle call” in regards to being a patient. So sad to be looking elsewhere for care.
The staff especially Tory and Cathy are beyond rude. My Mother needed a referral and it took 2 weeks of almost daily calls get to them do it. I finally asked for their manager to call me. That’s when my Mom finally got the referral. (I never got call back from the manager) Yes, my Mom switched to a new doctor. If you read reviews you will read that sadly this is how the office is run.

RecommendedWe love SFM! We always have a great experience with the front desk gals and very speedy responses from the call center. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! I cannot say enough about Dr. McDonald. She is so incredibly kind, intelligent and funny! I am always impressed with how professional she is yet always treats my family like we are old friends. She is truly the best and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. We feel so safe and taken care of. Highly, highly recommend SF:)

Dr. Taggart continues to amaze me with his dedication and compassion for his patients. What a huge relief to get seen right away when it really matters, then pull some strings at Diagnostic imaging, and follow that up with a call or text message after closing to check in with us to see how our son is doing?
