Everytime I call I am ATLEAST 25th in line on the phone. I can NEVER get ahold of anybody and referrals and prior authorizations take WEEKS to get sent to the right person. If they can’t take care of the patients they already have THEY NEED TO STOP TAKING NEW ONES. The phone systems are an absolute mess. I will say that my doctor Kristina Hansen is always very helpful and kind, and understanding. Just getting ahold of her is nearly impossible and they are always booked out over a month. 95$ for cash payment. here I am going bankrupt because you charge my insurance 193 with they subtract 30. still leaving me with 150$ visit. which my doctor wants to see me every month for my medicine check. I really don't understand what the point of insurance is.
RecommendedDr. Stout is my amazing primary. After searching high and low for a doctor to listen to me, and work with me on my health goals, I finally found an doctor AND office that holds my full confidence. On occasion when I have needed immediate care and Dr. Stout was unavailable, I have visited the clinic on site and had virtual appointments with other doctors on staff and have had my excellent care continued through them. I have referred friends and family as well. <3

Went to the walk-in clinic and got not very good service. After convincing the doctor we were not there for a COVID test he did a spot test for mono and said it is a half hour test. After 3 days and many phone calls we still have no results and we’re told only that doctor a nurse can sign off on and deliver results 🤷♀️ Seems to me they should have told us would be such a long wait and we could have had a different doctor do the test. They sure are quick to take your $$ before they even come out and get your info though. Ve... read more

They fail to provide a even the most basic level of care. The “medical professionals” employed here cannot interpret the most basic tests and fail to perform the most basic tasks. Go elsewhere.

I would strongly advise you avoid Dr. Julie Komarow. We went in for a simple referral for some diagnostic imaging that needed to be done urgently. The doc screwed up the referral so badly, it took 5 hours of phone calls to sort it out. The address on the referral was wrong. The phone number was also wrong, but for another location that didn’t match the address. Neither the place we got the number for, nor the place we got the address for even did this kind of procedure. Kristina Hansen is amazing... I’ve always preferred to see a nurse practitioner for my health care, and she’s been great! Listens to her patients, and always looks for multiple solutions to a problem. It’s never a close and shut case with her, as she’s always willing to dig deep, and get to the bottom of things. She’s always so sweet, caring, and willing to sit and talk to you, and not make you feel as if she’s pushing you out, so she can move onto the next person.
