I had a reiki session with Connie and it was 11/10. My sister scheduled this for me as a gift. I learned a lot about my body and self during this session. Connie is deeply caring and honest. I felt safe and in good hands. I 100% would reccomend to my friends and family. Connie thank you so much for our last session. It helped me so much. In my opinion this is an essential component for anyone doing deep trauma work or any kind of deep inner healing work. I showed up with my inner world in a jumble from the work I've been doing and I felt SO much better after our session - like I got cleaned up and reset to keep going on my healing journey! If you're on any kind of healing journey, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, I highly recommend supplementing with this.
