I went to my first reiki session ever last week and had the pleasure of having Connie as my Healer. Connie is very in tune with the energy around her and was able to open up channels in me and remove blockages and restore my energy. I met Connie last week after searching for Reiki and booking with her. I had experienced a Reiki session many years ago, but not like the session I had with Connie. Almost immediately I felt comfortable and peaceful, almost dreamy. She explained what she was doing and what was happening during the session. I heard it all through the dreamy state I was in. This was my very first experience with reiki. I went in with an open mind and was hoping to learn more about myself and what my body needed to heal and have more energy. I was really blown away with Connie’s extensive knowledge and advice. I don’t think I’ve felt centered spiritually or emotionally in a long time like I did after our session.

I am amazed and inspired by my healing experience with Connie at Soul Star. She was exact on past and present physical trauma to my body from injuries and surgeries that were still causing some issues. Though I am light spirited and optimistic about life, not letting these traumas hold me back, I believe her healing techniques dug deep and cleared it out, finally!
