Great experience today at Soul Cycles - Ali very kindly and promptly helped me out with a brake which had become disconnected and some other small issues. Have previously also had my bike serviced here and was happy with the work - thanks!
Amazing service. Had problems with my gears plus a failed bottom bracket, they replaced a lot and now my bike is cycling like it’s brand new. Worth every penny. Friendly, helpful and honest, can’t recommend highly enough.

A treasure trove of bikes and parts, with friendly staff on hand to help you out. I had a seat clamp emergency with an odd size…sorted no bother, just like that.
I was helping my friend to buy and learn to ride a bike (as an adult) guys in soul cycles gave us very good advice and plenty of tips of how to ride a bike from scratch (I didn't know they ran lessons for adults!). Off we went with refurbished bike from soul cycles and started the advice from scratch and 3 weeks later my friend rode his 1st bike at age of 40! Thanks soul cycles!
