Highly recommend! Susan is so warm, understanding and kind. Both myself and my teen daughter have had a session with her and I urge anyone who has been thinking of hypnotherapy to book in. Susan mainly used havening and distraction techniques in the sessions we attended, and helped my daughter imagine a safe trust bubble. These are all techniques that can be easily applied in our everyday lives, and we were also sent audio recordings of the trust bubble technique, as well as a sleep bubble audio for myself. Susan has a natural warm and calming nature which immediately makes you feel relaxed. I had a profound experience in my session and her ability to follow the path my mind was taking rather than have a prescribed sessions planned out meant I explored memories I didn’t even realise I had and was able to release blocked emotions. Truly wonderful!

Well, I visited this amazing lady in Dec just before Xmas regarding my uncontrollable alcohol use. Maybe Dec wasn't the best time to go, but it worked. Previously, I didn't know how to not only stop but be in control of my alcohol intake. Xmas came and went, and yes, I did drink. Not anywhere near as much as I had been, but the alcohol was still there.
